A major traffic jam on the detour in front of the Villagrande urbanization in Cartagena was the result of a tragic event in which a person who was driving his motorcycle unfortunately lost his life.
Information about this sinister and fatal road that left a man virtually dismembered is still unclear. Witnesses say that the motorized man, while trying to maneuver, ended up under the tires of the heavy vehicle that was heading for the roundabout in the El Pozón neighborhood.
