Neighbors of San Lázaro Etla, belonging to Reyes Etla, requested the intervention of the municipal and health authorities, to supervise the conditions of a group of dogs that engaged in cannibalism.
The attack was documented in a video that they disseminated on social networks, in which they attack a dog apparently stray.
The video shows a headless brown dog, which was devoured by about three furious pitbull and bull terrier dogs.
