The following guidelines apply to videos submitted to Deep Gore Tube for review and possible publication.

Submitting a video does not guarantee publication. All submissions are subject to moderation, editorial review, technical review, legal review where necessary, and the platform’s general rules and policies.

1. No Duplicate Content

Do not upload or submit duplicate videos.

Before submitting a video, make sure the same content has not already been published on Deep Gore Tube, including under a different title, category, date, or description.

Duplicate submissions may be rejected without publication. Repeated duplicate submissions may result in moderation action against the account.

2. No Third-Party Logos, Watermarks, or Embedded Website URLs

Do not submit videos containing third-party website logos, banners, watermarks, branding, or embedded URLs.

Videos submitted to Deep Gore Tube should be free of third-party promotional overlays or branding unless specifically authorized by us in advance.

Submissions containing unauthorized third-party branding, promotional overlays, or embedded site URLs may be rejected.

3. Do Not Re-Upload Videos Taken from Deep Gore Tube

Do not download videos from Deep Gore Tube and re-upload them to the platform.

Re-uploading content already hosted on the Website is treated as bad-faith duplicate submission and may result in rejection, moderation restrictions, or account enforcement.

4. No Pornographic Content

Deep Gore Tube is an adults-only documentary and graphic news website. It is not a pornographic website.

Do not upload or submit videos whose primary purpose is sexual gratification, including explicit sex scenes, pornographic acts, or sexually explicit material intended to function as pornography.

Adult-oriented content does not mean pornographic content. Material intended for an adult audience may be allowed in some cases depending on context, but explicit pornography is not permitted.

5. Use English for Titles, Descriptions, and Tags

Video titles, descriptions, and tags must be written in English.

Submissions whose metadata is not in English may be rejected. Deep Gore Tube also reserves the right to edit, rewrite, standardize, shorten, or otherwise adapt titles, descriptions, and tags for clarity, accuracy, consistency, editorial quality, moderation, legal, or safety reasons.

6. Do Not Use Degrading, Mocking, or Abusive Metadata

Do not title or describe videos in a degrading, insulting, mocking, or abusive manner.

Titles, descriptions, and tags must not:

  • ridicule victims;
  • mock injured or deceased people;
  • contain slurs, hate speech, or discriminatory language;
  • use dark-humor framing directed at real victims or events;
  • contain personal abuse, profanity, or defamatory accusations.

Deep Gore Tube may reject submissions or edit metadata that does not meet its editorial and community standards.

7. Submit Only Content of Reasonable Technical and Editorial Quality

Do not submit videos that are extremely poor in quality, excessively degraded, misleading, nearly unusable, or lacking basic editorial value.

This may include, for example:

  • extremely poor audio or image quality;
  • extremely low resolution where the material is not meaningfully viewable;
  • content with little or no documentary, informational, or editorial value;
  • stale or repetitive material that does not add anything meaningful to the platform;
  • submissions with careless, misleading, or unusable metadata.

Not every low-resolution clip will be rejected automatically, since some real-world footage may exist only in limited quality. However, Deep Gore Tube reserves the right to reject submissions that are technically inadequate, editorially weak, repetitive, or not worth publishing.

8. No Self-Harm or Self-Mutilation Content Intended for Stimulation, Fetishization, or Encouragement

Do not upload or submit videos centered on self-harm, self-injury, self-mutilation, or related conduct where the material appears intended to encourage, glorify, eroticize, fetishize, or stimulate such behavior.

Deep Gore Tube may reject content involving self-harm where publication would create safety, ethical, or moderation concerns.

9. No Copyrighted Music Unless You Have the Rights

Do not submit videos containing copyrighted background music unless you own the music or have the necessary permission or rights to use it.

If your video includes music that you do not control or are not authorized to use, the submission may be rejected or removed.

10. Illegal, Exploitative, and Other Strictly Prohibited Content

Do not upload or submit illegal content or other strictly prohibited material.

This includes, without limitation:

  • child sexual abuse material (CSAM);
  • child exploitation material or any sexualized depiction of minors;
  • material involving the torture, abuse, humiliation, or exploitation of minors;
  • terrorist propaganda, violent extremist propaganda, or criminal execution propaganda;
  • real rape or unlawful sexual violence material;
  • animal cruelty, animal torture, or crush fetish material;
  • bestiality or zoophilia;
  • so-called hurtcore, torture-fetish material, gore-fetish material, or other content primarily intended for sadistic, exploitative, or deviant gratification through pain, suffering, mutilation, or death;
  • content promoting, glorifying, fetishizing, or encouraging self-harm, self-injury, self-mutilation, or suicide;
  • content intended to incite, organize, encourage, justify, or facilitate violence, abuse, or criminal acts;
  • doxxing or unlawful disclosure of personal information;
  • unlawful threats, blackmail, coercion, or intimidation;
  • content promoting hate crimes, violent extremism, or unlawful abuse.

Deep Gore Tube may remove such material immediately, preserve relevant records, suspend or terminate accounts, and report suspected illegal content or activity to appropriate authorities or reporting bodies where required or permitted by applicable law.

11. Do Not Submit Content Promoting Crime, Hate, Abuse, or Other Harmful Conduct

Do not upload or submit videos or related metadata that:

  • promote or encourage criminal activity;
  • endorse terrorism, violent extremism, or hate groups;
  • encourage violence, cruelty, or abuse;
  • contain racist, xenophobic, homophobic, or otherwise discriminatory attacks;
  • accuse identifiable people of crimes without a lawful basis;
  • publish personal or private information of others;
  • target individuals, groups, or communities for harassment or hostility.

Deep Gore Tube is not a platform for extremist propaganda, criminal promotion, hate campaigns, or abusive targeting.

12. Publication Is Discretionary

Submitting a video does not create any obligation for Deep Gore Tube to publish it.

We may reject, delay, edit metadata for, restrict, age-gate, de-index, or remove any submission at our discretion where reasonably necessary for editorial, legal, moderation, safety, technical, copyright, quality, or operational reasons.

13. Repeated Violations

If you repeatedly ignore these guidelines or attempt to misuse the upload system, Deep Gore Tube may take enforcement action, including:

  • rejection of submissions;
  • moderation restrictions;
  • temporary upload suspension;
  • permanent account suspension or ban.

14. Final Reminder

If you want your submission to have a realistic chance of approval, submit responsibly, use clear English metadata, avoid duplicates, avoid third-party branding, avoid prohibited material, and make sure the submission has genuine documentary, informational, or editorial value.
