A woman riding a motorcycle to work was killed after hitting a parked container truck, falling onto the roadway and being run over by another container truck in South Cikarang, Bekasi Regency, Indonesia.
The fatal crash happened on Jalan Kaliandra at around 00:11:41 p.m. on Friday, May 22, 2026. The victim was identified by the initials DA and lived in Kampung Cijambe, Sukadami Village, South Cikarang.
She was riding a Yamaha NMAX with license plate B 5334 FRE.
Security camera footage recorded the crash. The video shows the motorcyclist reaching the area where a container truck was parked along the side of the road. She makes contact near the parked truck and falls onto the roadway. A second container truck traveling in the opposite direction then runs over her.
DA died at the scene.
Reports on the crash said she had been traveling from the Delta 8 area toward Jalan Trembesi and was on her way to work at PT Impack when the collision happened.
The parked container truck was reported to have license plate B 9242 UEJ.
