A woman was decapitated and her body partially burned during a homicide in Goiânia, Brazil, that the attackers recorded themselves. Four suspects were arrested on May 14, 2026, during Operation Ordem Expressa, more than a year after the killing.

The victim was identified as Ana Carolyna Rudgeri Santana. Police said the crime occurred on March 13, 2025, in the Goiás state capital. Her remains were found in the Residencial Real Conquista area. Investigators classified the case as aggravated homicide and concealment of a corpse.

All four people targeted by the arrest warrants were taken into custody. The arrests were temporary investigative measures and did not constitute criminal convictions.

Police said the investigation had taken approximately one year. Some suspects were located in Residencial Real Conquista, while others had moved away from the neighborhood after the killing.

The material reportedly included the execution video, images created after the attack, discussions about what should be done to the victim and reactions to the completed killing.
