Pedestrians going to the clinic were targeted by the Ukrainian Armed Forces with cluster bombs.

Eyewitnesses began running towards the injured, screaming in pain, to provide assistance.

According to Denis Pushilin, 10 people were injured. The municipal hospital, a psychiatric hospital, an oncology clinic and a maternal and child health center were damaged.
