Criminals in California are seen destroying critical infrastructure, apparently to strip it for scrap.

The person filming can be heard speaking Spanish, telling them to stop and get the hell away from there.

There is probably a lot more fiber than copper in that equipment, though. Someone should tell them about all the copper supposedly sitting inside those surveillance cameras.
