A 28-year-old white man accidentally strangled himself while achieving an increased orgasm by strangulation. He put a mirror in front of him to look at himself during masturbation and strangulation. There were dripping traces of his dried semen on the mirror. Which indicates that he managed to ejaculate before losing consciousness from the lack of blood flow to the brain and then suffocated to death. He also put a metal kitchen tray under him so that his sperm would not get on the carpet.
His body was sitting with his butt on an extended ottoman and a belt was holding him by the neck, zip tied to the leg of an overturned coffee table from above and behind him. Thus keeping the corpse in the same position as when he lost consciousness. His penis was almost in a full state of erection. His heavily protruding tongue indicates that death by strangulation was very slow and may have taken from 5 to 10 minutes. Which explains his almost complete erection, even after ejaculation. His brain and body were still receiving arousing stimulation from suffocation while he was in a semi-fainting hallucinogenic state these 5-10 minutes, until the moment of death.
PS. Also, these photos can be seen on some gore pages. But there some “smart ass” drew a sperm on the tray, to make it look as if he had ejaculated all over the tray and it still has fresh white color to it. In the original, as is shown here, he shot ejaculated on the mirror and only some drops were on the tray. And obviously they were not white, like only a very fresh cum would be, but already barely noticeable transparent like water.
