Bintang Mountains-The armed criminal group ( KKB ) accused the three motorcycle taxi drivers they killed in the Bintang Mountains , Papua Mountains, of being members of intelligence. The KKB then offended President Joko Widodo (Jokowi) in this regard.
“These 3 people are not motorcycle taxi drivers but 3 police intelligence officers. So to Jokowi stop bringing in motorcycle taxi drivers, meatball vendors or traders here,” said a member of the KKB in a video circulating, Monday (12/12/2022).
KKB members also warned that they would continue their actions. They said they were ready to execute.
“We are ready for execution,” said a man in the video.
As is known, the murder case of 3 motorcycle taxi drivers in the Bintang Mountains occurred on Monday (5/12). Later the KKB distributed a video of the moments of the killing.
The Gunung Bintang Police Chief AKBP Cahyo Sukarnito also confirmed the video that was circulating. Cahyo denied that the three victims were members of intelligence.
“The video circulating is very inhumane. They are very depraved. I emphasize that the three victims are civilians,” Cahyo told detik.com , Monday (12/12).
Cahyo said the KKB was seeking justification for the murder. He also mentioned that KKB had often done this.
“Everyone knows. Every time they kill a civilian, they always say it’s a member of the TNI, Polri or are said to be an undercover intelligence agent,” said Cahyo.
“That’s what they usually say when they kill in Puncak, Intan Jaya or other areas. It’s just a justification for the immoral acts they committed,” he said.
In the circulating video, the KKB also shows firearms that are said to belong to the murder victims. However, Cahyo considered that the weapons belonged to the KKB itself.
“We know the weapons belong to them and where they got them from. But I don’t need to inform the public,” he said.
“Certainly those are not organic police weapons. So they have the wrong address and it can be seen from here that they are lying,” he concluded.
