California, USA. White 27 year old young man accidental death. Was found hanging dead topless with erect penis out of his jeans (as is, pics 4 and 5) inside a large grain storage silo/tank. Jeans pulled down to better show a postmortem condition called “death erection aka angel lust” (pics 6 and 7).
He made a special knot, so it could be easily untied with just one hand, with one pull. As a sort of back up measure. But had passed out instantly as soon as the blood flow to the brain became low enough. He was an office employee for this grain farm and this was his day off.
Apparently he was into erotic asphyxiation and had a fantasy of doing it inside a dark and large enclosed space like silo. Perhaps after seeing them every day this thought had entered his mind. And finally had decided to fulfill it on this day. But for all we know he could have been sneaking in there many times previously. And if he had not accidentally hanged himself this time, then no one would have ever known about him being into erotic asphyxiation.
He used a plastic crate to stand on, while tying the rope above him to the internal railings, with the help of a flashlight. And then repeatedly hanging himself by stepping from the crate with one foot dangling free (he was found with one foot dangling and the other still remaining standing slightly bend on the crate).
One of the farm employees saw him from a distance entering a silo through a side service door, with a small backpack (he had his rope and flashlight inside it) and also with a plastic crate in his hand.
The employee got curious suspicious of what he was doing there on his day off and while entering a silo with all those things. When he was done with what he was doing (about 30-40 min after seeing the young man entering, but still not leaving), he went in there himself to see what is going on. And found the young man hanging there dead like that.
