Scary footage recorded by a Ring Cam camera shows a woman being kidnapped from her balcony.

A man allegedly suspected of kidnapping has been apprehended after security camera video showed an Oregon woman being taken against her will on a man’s lap.
The woman victim of the alleged kidnapping attempt told Hillsboro police that the suspect and victim knew each other, thus ruling out any suspicion of randomness.
The suspect has since been taken into custody.
