Man with extensive criminal record injures a 15-year-old McDonald’s employee’s skull after stepping on her head.

The man dragged the girl by her hair and repeatedly stamped on her head in the parking lot during an all-out fight earlier this month.
Johnny Ricks, 25, was arrested for assault. The girl, Aryiah Lynch, suffered a fractured skull, a broken nose and damage to her frontal lobe.
